Since purchasing online does not give you the opportunity to examine your merchandise before you receive it, we strive to give you as much information about our items as possible. We carry quality merchandise at affordable prices, and take great care to accurately describe the features and condition of each item so that you can be comfortable with your purchasing decision. If you receive an item which you feel was not accurately described in our catalog or is not in the condition stated, then please refer to our refund policy. You will be charged 20% restocking fee for unauthorized returns. We are always happy to answer your questions in advance of placing an order...simply email us. Your business is important to us and we want you to be satisfied with your purchases. Please note: all of our prices are listed as $USD.

ORDERING

Our shopping cart is protected by SSL (secure server) software. It is efficient and safe, and your order information will be encrypted for your safety. Rest assured, you will see the lock in your browser window to give you comfort that you are ordering securely.

All information is used to complete your order, only, and will not be used in any other manner. Your information will not be sold, or shared, with any other company. We don't believe in spam, and promise to keep your information secure. But we do hope that you sign up for our email newsletter!

Placing your order is easy with our Shopping Cart!
1. When you are interested in purchasing an item click on the "add to cart" button.
2. To view the items in your shopping cart, at any time, click the "view cart" button.
3. You may remove items from your shopping cart at any time, by going to "view cart" and then selecting either to change quantities or delete items.
4. When you are ready to check out click on the "check out" button. This will take you to our SECURE page. You will see the lock in the bottom right corner of your browser window. Proceed with your order.
5. If you you are tax exempt, and
email us a copy of your Resale Transaction Privilege Tax License, we will happily refund any tax you paid (state of Arizona customers only).

All merchandise offered is subject to prior sale. Please inquire about special order's.

TAX

Arizona residents, our shopping cart will automatically add 6.3 percent sales tax to your order. Arizona re-sellers providing a valid Transaction Privilege Tax Exemption Certificate (ADOR Form 5000) will be refunded any sales tax that is erroneously charged to them.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE USA

Please note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. UPS requires a very complete address. Your address must contain a street address. Include apt numbers, suite numbers, and all the information. Additional fee's may apply to your order if an incomplete address is given to UPS. This also applies to residential and commercial UPS restrictions as the rate is different for each. These fee's will be passed unto you. Please contact us if you have a question regarding an address and we will be happy to check on it for you. email us, here.

Merchandise is shipped within 24-72 hours of payment receipt, excluding week-ends and holidays. Gift wrapping service may require extra time during the holiday rush. So Please allow extra time during the Holiday season.

Please note: Next day express service and 2 day UPS air service requires your order to be placed before 7AM on Wed. Central Standard Time in order for your package to be delivered on Friday. We do not offer a Sat. Delivery service due to the cost. Plan ahead and avoid these expensive shipping options.email us to verify an address,

We now offer a choice of Priority USPS or UPS shipping services. A drop down menu that allows you to select your choice for shipping method.  Our store is connected online to the UPS aad USPS rate calculator, so that you can determine the most cost effective shipping method for your order. Please note that any handling charges are included with the shipping charges. Packages that are returned without authorization or "delivery refused" will be charged the shipping incurred as well as a 20% restocking fee. Authorization numbers must be marked on the outside of the box or they will be refused when returned. We are happy to discuss returns or reslove any problems. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding your order.

FOREIGN SHIPMENTS

Shipments outside of the USA will take longer, and will require that we email you with shipping options to keep costs down. In most cases, your order totals will be higher than you were originally quoted due to the shipping costs. We will notify you, via email, if this will occur. If you are outside of the USA and wish to pay via Money Order, an International Postal Money order is required. We ship to the following countries: Great Britain, All UK, Australia, France, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, Japan, Germany, Canada, and Mexico. If your Country is not listed, please contact us to see if we are currently shipping there.

ABOUT DISCOUNT COUPONS

Discount coupons are for a specific time frame. They may not be used on sale merchandise. We reserve the right to cancel coupons at any time. You must enter your coupon number at check out in order to receive your discount.

REFUND POLICY

All attempts are made to fully describe every item. We are always glad to answer any questions you might have prior to ordering. Additional photos or scans are also available upon request. It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please ask questions prior to placing your order. The majority of all the merchandise we sell is new and of a collectible nature or from estate sales. You should consider that a few items are vintage items when making your selections. You should retain a copy of your invoice as you will need it for any inquiry. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned. We are unable to accept returns on gift baskets and or any food items. All items are carefully packaged. Should your package arrive with damage to the item, you should leave all packing materials and the broken item as they were when delivered to you, as a claim will be filed with the UPS for a refund. Do not return them to us as your local UPS office will want to review the package/damage. Notify your delivery driver if the box should appear damaged. Please email us if this should occur.

RETURN POLICY

Purchases may be returned only if not as described, as noted above, and with pre-approval. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all returns. You are responsible for the initial postage and return postage. We guarantee all our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we may resolve this issue with you.

  • Items must be returned within 7 days (postmark date).
  • Returns must be received adequately insured, postpaid, properly packaged in original material, and in the condition purchased with a copy of your invoice.
  • Please email us, or otherwise contact us, before returning any items. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all returns. You are responsible for the initial postage as well as the return postage of the package.
