If you receive an item which you feel was not accurately described in our catalog or is not in the condition stated, then please refer to our refund policy. SHIPPING WITHIN THE USAPlease note: We do not ship to PO Boxes. UPS requires a very complete address. Your address must contain a street address. Include apt numbers, suite numbers, and all the information. Additional fee's may apply to your order if an incomplete address is given to UPS. This also applies to residential and commercial UPS restrictions as the rate is different for each. These fee's will be passed unto you. Merchandise is shipped within 24-72 hours of payment receipt, excluding week-ends and holidays. Gift wrapping service may require extra time during the holiday rush. So Please allow extra time during the Holiday season. Please note: Next day express service and 2 day UPS air service requires your order to be placed before 7AM on Wed. Central Standard Time in order for your package to be delivered on Friday. We do not offer a Sat. Delivery service due to the cost. In most cases, your order totals will be higher than you were originally quoted due to the shipping costs. We will notify you, via email, if this will occur. If you are outside of the USA and wish to pay via Money Order, an International Postal Money order is required. We ship to the following countries: Great Britain, All UK, Australia, France, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland, Scotland, Japan, Germany, Canada, and Mexico. If your Country is not listed, please contact us to see if we are currently shipping there. ABOUT DISCOUNT COUPONSDiscount coupons are for a specific time frame. They may not be used on sale merchandise. We reserve the right to cancel coupons at any time. You must enter your coupon number at check out in order to receive your discount. REFUND POLICYAll attempts are made to fully describe every item. We are always glad to answer any questions you might have prior to ordering. Additional photos or scans are also available upon request. It is our desire that you be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please ask questions prior to placing your order. The majority of all the merchandise we sell is new and of a collectible nature or from estate sales. You should consider that a few items are vintage items when making your selections. You should retain a copy of your invoice as you will need it for any inquiry. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all items returned. We are unable to accept returns on gift baskets and or any food items. All items are carefully packaged. Should your package arrive with damage to the item, you should leave all packing materials and the broken item as they were when delivered to you, as a claim will be filed with the UPS for a refund. Do not return them to us as your local UPS office will want to review the package/damage. Notify your delivery driver if the box should appear damaged. Please email us if this should occur. RETURN POLICYPurchases may be returned only if not as described, as noted above, and with pre-approval. You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for all returns. You are responsible for the initial postage and return postage. We guarantee all our merchandise. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us so we may resolve this issue with you.
